Jaws is a 1975 American thriller film directed by Steven Spielberg, based on the 1974 novel by Peter Benchley. American artist Roger Kastel painted the paperback book cover, which was later reused for the movie poster. It's become one of the most recognizable pieces of movie artwork ever.
